The August Review Masterlist 2026
Another year, another The August Review complete!
I really enjoy doing this each August. It’s become a bit of a tradition here on the blog, and I think the timing is perfect for anyone looking to discover some new products.
Whether you’re looking to treat yourself with something new during the end-of-summer sales, starting to think about gifts for the festive season, looking for ideas to add to your Christmas list, browsing the beauty advent calendars and gift sets, or simply keeping an eye out for the January sales, there are plenty of reasons to start making a wishlist now.
Throughout August, I’ve been reviewing a whole range of products, from Korean skincare and haircare to body care, makeup and a few tools along the way. As always, these are based on my own experiences with each product. What works brilliantly for me might not necessarily work for you. Hopefully, these reviews give you a starting point when deciding what might be worth trying.
So, if you’ve missed any of this year’s reviews, here are all the products from this year’s The August Review:

What’s Coming Next
So, what’s coming next? September will be all about the Calendar Countdown, with posts going up throughout the month as the calendars are released. They’re coming out surprisingly early again this year. I also suspect that some will sell out incredibly quickly. I want to make sure you have plenty of time to find the ones you’re interested in!
I may also start sneaking in a little autumnal and spooky content in September, although I have plenty planned for October too. Then, in November, it’ll be gift guides nice and early, ready for anyone who wants to get ahead with their Christmas shopping.
As for December, I’m still undecided about whether The 12 Days of Bookmas will be making a return this year. I’ve done it before and would love to know whether you’d enjoy seeing those posts again. If you’d like me to bring it back, let me know in the comments. Your feedback might help with making the decision for me!
As always, thanks for reading…
