How many products are repeated?
Compared to last year’s release, there is only 1 repeated product in the advent calendar.
What is different to last year?
Keeping a similar colour scheme, the graffiti-style wording stamped across the advent is certainly bold. It takes a moment for your eyes to focus and recognise the words Merry, Love, and Joy.
The structure is the same, with products housed in individual drawers, and it is reusable. That said, I don’t see many people choosing to repurpose it year-round, but it would make a great refillable advent for next year.
My Thoughts
The price has increased by £10.00 this year, bringing it to £260.00. However, the overall worth is roughly the same as last year’s edition. When you look at the contents, though, you can see exactly where that money has gone. This year’s calendar includes 26 full-sized products. 3 more than last year.
I always feel a little conflicted about this advent calendar. If money were no object, it would easily sit in my top three. The product line-up is truly top-tier, with an impressive mix across skincare, makeup, bodycare, and haircare, making it one of the most balanced selections you can get.
That said, £260.00 is still a significant amount to spend on an advent calendar, and it may simply be out of reach for many.
