Liz Earle 12 Day Beauty Advent Calendar 2026

For today’s Calendar Countdown, we’re taking a look at the Liz Earle 12 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar.

As always, these posts are based on my own opinion. I’ll be comparing the calendar with previous versions, other advent calendars on the market, and most importantly, whether I think you’ll get your money’s worth from the products inside.

I don’t buy every calendar I feature because, quite honestly, that would be a huge waste of products! Instead, I’m looking at them from the perspective of someone who loves beauty, has years of retail experience, and thinks advent calendars are a great way to discover new brands and try products you might not otherwise pick up.

A closed deep-magenta Liz Earle beauty gift box with gold lettering and glittery leaf illustrations stands behind an assortment of Liz Earle skincare items, such as body wash, lotion, cleansers, and creams lined up in a neat horizontal row on a plain white surface.

How does it compare to last year?

The 12-day Liz Earle calendar is quite an interesting one to compare with last year’s edition because, while the overall format remains very familiar, there are some noticeable changes to the contents.

The biggest change is the Mandarin & Nutmeg collection. Last year’s calendar featured the Bergamot & Cardamom Body Wash, Body Cream and Hand Cream, whereas this year those three products have been replaced with their Mandarin & Nutmeg counterparts. It gives the 2026 calendar a more festive feel and also means you’re getting to discover Liz Earle’s newer seasonal fragrance.

There are also some changes to the skincare selection. The 2025 calendar included the Revitalise & Glow Radiance Reveal Night Cream, Superskin Advanced Bi-Phase Brightening Essence and Hydrating Cream Mask, whereas this year’s version instead brings in the Smooth & Glow Exfoliating Tonic, Skin Repair Hydrating Night Cream and Gentle Face Exfoliator.

That means there are 9 clear repeats from last year’s calendar, so there is still quite a lot of familiar content here. If you bought the 2025 12-day calendar, I’d definitely recommend checking the contents before purchasing this year’s version.

That said, the repeats are mostly Liz Earle staples rather than random filler.

Who would I recommend this to?

This would be a good choice for you if you:

  • Love Liz Earle skincare.
  • Prefer skincare and body care over makeup.
  • Want a smaller 12-day countdown rather than a full 24-day calendar.
  • Like products that can be incorporated into an everyday routine.
  • Want a mixture of full-size products and smaller products to try.
  • Are buying for someone who already enjoys Liz Earle.

I’d probably skip it if you:

  • Bought the 2025 12-day calendar and don’t want duplicate products.
  • Want makeup, haircare or fragrance.
  • Prefer calendars containing lots of different beauty brands.
  • Want predominantly full-size products.
  • Are looking for a calendar with lots of surprises and completely new products.

My Thoughts

At £79.00, the Liz Earle 12 Day Beauty Advent Calendar sits at a fairly accessible price point compared with some of the larger beauty advent calendars on the market. You’re getting more than £200 worth of products, so on paper the value is very good.

What I like about this calendar is that it feels cohesive. Rather than throwing lots of different products together to fill 12 doors. This genuinely feels like a Liz Earle skincare edit. You have cleansers, toners, moisturisers, an exfoliator, eye care and body care, so there is a nice sense of having a routine running through the calendar.

The three Mandarin & Nutmeg products are probably the part that catches my attention most. I think having the Body Wash, Body Cream and Hand Cream together makes the calendar feel particularly festive, and it’s a nice way of bringing something seasonal into an otherwise very skincare-heavy box.

The full-size products are another big positive. Seven full-size products out of 12 means you’re not paying £79 just to receive a collection of tiny samples.

My biggest hesitation is the number of repeats. Nine products are returning from last year’s calendar. Which is quite a lot when you’re only dealing with 12 products. If you bought last year’s edition, there simply isn’t enough new content here for me to recommend automatically buying it again.

For a first-time buyer, however, that’s a completely different story. You’re getting a lovely selection of Liz Earle staples, several full-size products and a couple of seasonal treats, all for £79.00.

I also think this is a good option if you like your advent calendars to be practical. I would much rather have a full-size cleanser or moisturiser that I know I’ll use than a novelty product that ends up sitting in a drawer.

Do you get your money’s worth?: Yes
