How many products are repeated?
Compared to last year’s release, there is 1 repeated product in the advent calendar. It has been highlighted in the list above. I do want to say, the repeat is the concierge card, which every advent has had the past few years.
What is different to last year?
Keeping the same box as last year in the brand’s signature yellow, I feel this may be the way Selfridge’s goes. Why change something that works for them? The change that matters are the contents, and this definitely delivered.
My Thoughts
Priced the same at £250.00, this advent is worth £1,136.00. In terms of value for money, it’s definitely impressive, but is it worth it to you?
This year’s advent offers a great mix of products and includes some well-loved brands. The main thing to consider is whether you would actually use every product. If half the contents aren’t suitable for you—or even for someone else in your household if you’re planning to share—then it may not be the best choice.
At Christmas, Selfridges offer a wide range of gift sets from some of the included brands, so if there’s one in particular you’re eager to try, a gift set might be a better option.
