Hello 2024

Happy New Year and Hello 2024! You know I have been wondering what to write in this post all day. Then I thought, why am I stressing? I realised I wanted to get everything in because I use this space as a diary. And that forces me to be more. Being me, and feeling how I do right now is ok. So, let’s recap 2023…

2023 Recap

I planned too much and created too many lists. Setting too many big goals. I failed at nearly all of them. I didn’t stick to my planning system and I didn’t adopt any kind of “that girl” mentality. That’s ok, I wasn’t as focused. I didn’t make the time and I excused not doing it by June because half the year had gone already.

What to do for 2024?

This year, I decided to make two 24 for 2024 lists. One is a reading list. It has 12 releases for this year, 6 classics and 6 books on my TBR I’ve been itching to read. The second list is my goals list.

I made sure to reign it in and I thought maybe if I share it here, that may kick me up the backside a little! This list isn’t in any order. Some are blog or work-related but some are also finding myself again.

  1. Read my 24 for 2024 list.
  2. Use my planners and journals.
  3. Join a Book Club.
  4. Take a trip to 66 books.
  5. Join the gym.
  6. Stop biting my nails.
  7. Take more photographs.
  8. Develop a better skincare routine.
  9. Keep better track of my finances.
  10. Cook more.

  21. Have a non-digital clear-out and sort.

And that is my Hello 2024 post. I would love to know what you have on your list. Did you even make a list? Comment below or as always, you can find me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest.

As always, thanks for reading…
