Fortnum & Mason Beauty Advent Calendar 2026
For today’s Calendar Countdown, we’re taking a look at the Fortnum & Mason Advent Calendar 2026.
As always, these posts are based on my own opinion. I’ll be comparing the calendar with previous versions, other advent calendars on the market, and most importantly, whether I think you’ll get your money’s worth from the products inside.
I don’t buy every calendar I feature because, quite honestly, that would be a huge waste of products! Instead, I’m looking at them from the perspective of someone who loves beauty, has years of retail experience, and thinks advent calendars are a great way to discover new brands and try products you might not otherwise pick up.

At a Glance…
- Price: £275.00
- Total Product Value: £1,225.00
- Full-size products: 24 out of 25

How does it compare to last year?
Last year’s calendar was priced at £265.00 and contained 26 products worth over £1,149, including 23 full-size products. This year, the price has increased by £10 to £275.00, while the number of products has dropped slightly to 25.
However, the stated value is £1,225, an increase of more than £76. And there are now 24 full-size products. So while you’re getting one fewer product overall, you’re getting one additional full-size product.
For repeats, I found one product from last year: the Bramley Clementine Antioxidant Cleansing Balm. However, the 2026 version is 50ml, compared with the 75ml version included last year.
The overall look still fits the luxurious Fortnum’s aesthetic, and the contents continue to lean into the brand’s mix of skincare, fragrance, bath, body and wellness rather than becoming a traditional makeup-heavy beauty calendar.
Who would I recommend this to?
This would be a good choice for you if you:
- Love luxury and niche beauty brands
- Enjoy skincare, fragrance, bath, body and wellness products
- Like discovering brands that you might not normally buy
- Want a very high proportion of full-size products
- Have £275.00 to spend on a luxury advent calendar
I’d probably skip it if you:
- Have a strict advent calendar budget
- Prefer makeup-heavy advent calendars
- Only want well-known mainstream beauty brands
- Don’t use fragrance, bath or body products
- Already own lots of products from the brands included
- Would struggle to get £275.00 worth of personal value from the contents
My Thoughts
At £275.00, Fortnum’s Beauty Advent Calendar is definitely one of the more expensive beauty advent calendars on the market, but I think it’s important to look beyond the price tag here.
There is a lot to like about the contents. 24 of the 25 products are full size, which is a really impressive ratio, and the stated value of £1,225.00 means you’re getting a significant amount of product for your money on paper. What I particularly like about Fortnum’s calendar is that it doesn’t feel like it is simply trying to compete with every other beauty advent calendar by throwing in as many recognisable makeup names as possible.
Instead, they are really focusing on luxury, fragrance, body care and wellness, alongside skincare. And I think that’s probably the biggest selling point for me.
If you’re someone who loves discovering new brands and trying products that you might not otherwise pick up, this calendar feels particularly well suited to you. There are plenty of names here that I wouldn’t necessarily expect to see together in a typical beauty advent calendar.
The downside is, of course, that £275.00 is a lot of money. The £1,225.00 value sounds fantastic, but the same rule applies here as with every other advent calendar: retail value isn’t necessarily the same as personal value.
If you don’t like fragrance, don’t use bath and body products, or simply wouldn’t choose some of these more niche brands for yourself, that £1,225.00 figure becomes much less meaningful.
For me, I think Fortnum’s has managed to keep what worked about last year’s calendar while making enough changes to keep this year’s version interesting. The product selection feels luxurious and carefully curated rather than filler-heavy, and the extremely high number of full-size products is a definite positive.
It’s still a serious investment, but if you love luxury beauty and enjoy discovering something a little different, I can see why this one will be tempting.
Do you get your money’s worth?: Yes
