How many products are repeated?
Compared to last year’s release, there are 3 repeated product in the advent calendar highlighted above.
What is different to last year?
Keeping the same structure, the brand have gone for this gorgeous berry colour with other pink and purple tones to compliment. They’ve given more of a pattern across the advent and boxes too. Giving it an almost festive circus feel.
My Thoughts
This year, the price has gone up by £5.00 to £70.00. But the contents are now worth £289.00. That’s a huge £47.00 increase on last year.
When you see a worth increase like this, it can be because of newer items or because of more product weight. Here, the number of full sized items has increased from 16 to 20.
It’s refreshing to see, as with some skincare only advents on the market, a lot contain 4/5+ face and eye masks and/or one use items. So you get your money’s worth with the contents. There is also a great mix for you to create a day and night skincare routine.
All in all, for a drugstore advent calendar, this one is impressive. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it sells out before Halloween even rolls around.
