How many products are repeated?
Compared to last year’s release, there are no repeated products in the advent calendar.
What is different to last year?
Keeping a similar structure and matching the colour scheme and design to the skincare advent, the biggest change has been the number of days. Going from a 12 to 24 day advent.
My Thoughts
Because the calendar has increased to 24 days this year, the price has jumped to £150.00, that’s a £51.00 increase. Honestly, I don’t think that’s too bad, as you’d probably expect double the price for double the days.
What I really like is that there are no repeated items. Instead, you’re getting a mix of those “counter” brands that you usually only find in select Boots stores or online. Which feels like a nice little nod to what Boots actually has to offer.
Of course, £150.00 is still a significant amount to spend on an advent calendar. But with a total value of £612.50, the contents more than back it up. At the end of the day, it just comes down to whether the products included are worth it for you.
