Autumnal Jumpers On My Wishlist

I’ve been putting jumpers onto my wishlist for the autumnal months. Despite the fact the UK is supposed to be having another heatwave! I wanted to explore some different retailers this year.

On with the wishlist…

Passenger

I am not an outdoorsy person, but my brother is. It was when I was looking at gift ideas for him, that I spotted a nice jumper by Passenger. I looked through their website and, in all honesty, found them to be a little pricey to gamble on. Not without seeing them in person. I was unsure if they’d be too thick, thin, itchy…etc.

I was lucky to find a few pieces at John Lewis. Who I didn’t know stocked the brand. I was really impressed with the quality. They didn’t have a huge selection, so I ordered online. I was so happy to see their Autumnal / Winter range. I have quite a few items on my wishlist. But the three above I think are both versatile, great for layering and just scream comfort for the season.

Joanie Clothing

It was Lucy Jane Wood who turned me onto Joanie Clothing. I love her Instagram fashion reels. I actually love all of her content. There was a week’s worth of clothing on this reel and I was just really impressed.

The brand made me remember that clothing is supposed to be fun too. I also really like the vintage flare of some of their pieces.

I’m currently on a weight-loss journey and think sticking to jumpers is safer as they can be worn a little oversized. The three that I picked really stood out to me because of their colours, patterns and general “autumnal-ness” about them.

Seasalt Cornwall

I feel like Seasalt is that “grown up” brand that produces pieces to go with anything in any situation. I always forgot that Seasalt stocks tall and loved looking at their website or popping into store for summer dresses.

Now we have the colder months coming in, I like this, almost, “American sitcom” style around their pieces. It also makes me so happy to see that their pieces are made from lambswool certified by the Responsible Wool Standard. I’ve started to pull away from fast fashion where possible. I mean, there is still a cost of living crisis and I still need tall pieces a lot of the time. But to see that R.W.S stamp makes me want to shop with them more in general.

The three I put on my wishlist are a little more muted in the autumnal tones, but so detailed in the patterns and cuts. The burgundy one in particular is so lovely.

And that is my Autumnal Jumpers Wishlist. There is definitely more than enough here for one person. Are there any that you would put on your wishlist?

As always, thanks for reading…
