How many products are repeats?
There are 11 repeated products in this advent calendar (highlighted above). With one less repeat than last year, 3 accessory items are included in those repeats.
What is different to last year?
Following last year’s colour scheme, the red identifies this as the middle-priced advent. Keeping with the same style of illustration as last year’s and the £145.00 one I liked the subtle changes in the illustrations as sometimes, when you have more than one calendar from a company, you can feel swayed by the design. One of the most notable differences is the size of the products. Most are now mid or full sized.
My thoughts
This has jumped to £95.00 with £159.00 worth. That’s a £15.00 increase in price but a £40.00 increase in worth. With this calendar, The Body Shop has again forgone including makeup items, which I think works out better for the brand. There are only so many products in their makeup range, and only so many shades. Whilst this calendar does have many repeats, the sizes are much bigger than last year, so, if you enjoyed this advent, you’ll enjoy it for longer this time.
