How many products are repeated?
There are 2 repeated products in the advent calendar this year (highlighted above).
What is different to last year?
The design is the complete opposite of last year’s. The festive shooting stars and bow patterns are very busy! It stands out, and I love the colour scheme. Keeping the same structure with the individual drawers, they’ve again repeated brand lines, but this time included different products. I like this for those who want to try more from the brands they liked last year, though I can see how some repeat customers might wish for new brands to try.
My Thoughts
This calendar’s RRP has increased by £15.00 to £250.00, while its worth has risen by £200.00 to £1,200.00. It now includes 23 full-sized products, which is 4 more than last year.
Once again, I feel conflicted about this advent calendar. It has everything you need to pamper and treat yourself, but it costs half a week’s wages for someone working 40 hours a week.
If you have the money to splurge, then yes, it’s worth it. However, when I think about what I could do with £250.00 around Christmas, buying an advent calendar wouldn’t be at the top of my list.
