What is different to last year?
This is the first year Sephora are releasing an advent calendar in the UK solely as themselves. Last year, as Sephora and Feel Unique were merging, they released an advent calendar. Compared to that one, it is very different in colour scheme and structure. I really love the orange. You don’t expect it to be a festive colour but it works. I also love the drawer box. You could reuse it as a base to make your own advent. Or, redecorate it to use as desk top storage.
My Thoughts
This has jumped in price to £189.00. That’s £50.00 more than last year. With the worth being over £1,000.00, it is very much worth the money. Filled with 36 products in 25 boxes, 23 being full-sized it’s an incredible calendar. I really like seeing the mix of affordable and higher end brands. I’m also pleased to see popular brands like Rare Beauty.
Last year, the Sephora advent was one of my top three. It’s in the top three again this year. I love this. Although parting with £189.00 is half a week’s wages for most. This may be something you ask friends and family to pool together for you.
