Pumpkin Carvings 2021
I managed three characters on my pumpkin carvings this year. I really wanted to do the Corpse Bride as I watched it a lot when it was on Netflix.
Pictured below, Victor and Emily are on the one larger pumpkin and I found the smaller one was brilliant for Maggot. There were many characters to choose from, but these three are the most notable, in my opinion.

I’m so pleased with how they turned out. It took three hours to carve them! I forget year on year how long they can take to do. Especially when you factor in deciding who to carve and trying to find the stencils. I always use a cheap pumpkin carving set from a pound or bargain shop. With how intricate these designs are, I had to pick up a few more sets. Some of those tools snapped from use.
After carving, I of course watched The Corpse Bride again, for the 100th time!
