Pumpkin Carvings 2018
This year I wanted to do another duo for the pumpkin carvings, but it was hard finding stencils I liked.
I still did two pumpkins and again, went with a Disney theme. I chose to do Mickey Mouse for a second time because of it being his 90th Birthday. You can see him pictured below in his sorcerers’ outfit.
Of course, I had to do Tinkerbell. If you are to think of Disney, Tinkerbell flying around Cinderella’s castle always comes to mind. One of the pumpkins that I got was quite small and I wanted to try a new technique with the fairy dust following her. I ended up using a BBQ skewer to do it after failing with a knife and carving tool.
Mickey Mouse & Tinkerbell!
I’m so happy with how these turned out. I also love how the designs are perfect for backlighting, so great for pumpkin carvings!
Since this blog post I have done other pumpkin carvings you may like. To see the posts, please click on the links below.

Lovely Pumpkins Hannah! That fairy dust looks so intricate and neat – the bbq skewer worked a treat! Your Disney theme is so cute and I love your Mickey Mouse design too!

Thank You! I had seen so many people use a drill and with me that wasn't going to be the best idea, haha.
