A Millennials Guide To Halloween Costumes // Underrated Disney Edition
After doing a Disney version of Creator Edition, I of course had to put together A Millennials Guide for Disney too. This one features some really underrated characters, in my opinion.
Bernard & Miss Bianca from The Rescuers

I love The Rescuers, but it is one of those Disney films that a lot of people either forget about or haven’t seen. Popularity for the characters is increasing, with Disney Theme Parks donning new costumes for their parade and Bernard and Miss Bianca merchandise being more common at the Disney Store.
I think they are the perfect underrated Disney duo. The pieces I picked may not be something in your everyday wardrobe, but if you are after a new jumper or coat, these pieces are versatile and in season. The only thing I took a gamble on was a lilac dress for Miss Bianca. I’ve seen a few people cosplay with a white dress. I like the idea that when the coat is removed, you are still more purple than white. But a white shirt dress would work well too! This is a great ‘during the day’ costume idea.
Pepper Ann from Pepper Ann

When looking at Disney TV shows, I came to find quite a few people like to dress up as Kim Possible, Hannah Montana and characters from The Suite Life series. When I think of underrated Disney TV shows, they do tend to be the animated ones. Lloyds in Space, Filmore! and Pepper Ann.
I thought Pepper Ann would be one of the most recognisable and one of the easier ones to put together. Perfect if the theme is Disney and perfect for those last-minute situations. I couldn’t find a skirt that matched, so it will be a bit of a DIY job with some fabric markers!
Princess Eilonwy from The Black Cauldron

With it being Halloween, I wanted to pick a Halloween-Esq film. I went with The Black Cauldron as I feel that film is always underrated. Also, Princess Eilonwy is always overlooked as a princess, in my opinion.
This is that perfect middle ground of pieces you may have in your wardrobe, and treating yourself to new items. I went with a tulle skirt as Eilonwy is a Princess, but it would work well for a Christmas or New Year’s party too.
And that wraps up A Millennials Guide To Halloween Costumes, Underrated Disney edition. With it being Disney’s 100-Year anniversary, I think there will be many Disney Characters out this Halloween.
Which Disney character(s) do you think are underrated?
As always, thanks for reading…
