Murad Clarifying Body Spray // The August Review
Murad Clarifying Body Spray has become an essential to my bodycare routine and my favourite product in this year’s The August Review lineup.
Murad Clarifying Body Spray – RRP £42.00
The brand describes the product as;
“Take on backne and body breakouts quickly and easily thanks to a quick-drying formula and a 360° continuous spray that makes application easy, even in hard to reach areas. Salicylic acid helps clear up blemishes as glycolic acid helps clear away pore-clogging debris. Allantoin and blue lotus extract help soothe irritation for healthier-looking skin”.
Pros:

- Love the salicylic and glycolic acid combinations.
- Clears up backne.
- Drys quick.
- Doesn’t feel sticky or stick to clothes.
- Works on arms and chest too.
Cons:
- On the pricier side.
The Verdict:
I am in love with this product. In the summer months, I tend to get breakouts on my chest and upper back, including the back of my neck. It was hard to find something to treat it, serums and lotions were hard to apply and stuck to clothing.
When I saw this on This Morning, thanks again to Caroline Hirons!, I knew I had to purchase it. I can see many people unsure about Murad as it is on the pricier side. And, if you have very persistent backne, it may not be something in your budget. However, if you are like me and get breakouts seasonally, thanks to the warmer weather, or you want to find a product leading up to an event, then this is a strong contender. It doesn’t stick, it drys quickly and it clears up breakouts in a few days.
